Does Gym Manager Hub accept UPI payments?▾
Yes. Members can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app) directly from their invoice or from the member mobile app. UPI payments are auto-reconciled with the invoice in Gym Manager Hub and the member gets an instant WhatsApp receipt.
What other payment methods are supported?▾
Gym Manager Hub integrates with Razorpay for UPI, credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay), EMI and international cards. You can also record cash and cheque payments manually.
Do I need a Razorpay account?▾
Yes, for online payment collection. Razorpay registration is free, takes about 2 days for KYC, and gives you UPI + card + netbanking + wallet payments in one integration. Gym Manager Hub walks you through the Razorpay setup during onboarding.
What are the transaction fees?▾
Razorpay charges a standard transaction fee (around 2% for domestic cards and netbanking, about 0.75% for UPI, paid to Razorpay directly). Gym Manager Hub does not add any markup on top of Razorpay's rates.
How does auto-reconciliation work?▾
When a member pays an invoice via UPI or Razorpay, the payment webhook updates the invoice status to Paid in real time, generates a GST receipt, and triggers a WhatsApp payment confirmation to the member. You never have to manually mark invoices as paid.
Can members pay without logging in?▾
Yes. Every invoice has a public payment link that works without login. Share the link via WhatsApp, email or SMS. The member clicks, pays with their preferred method, and the payment is auto-reconciled with their account.
What about recurring payments?▾
Gym Manager Hub supports recurring billing via Razorpay subscriptions. Set up auto-renewal for monthly, quarterly or annual plans and let Razorpay handle the collection via UPI AutoPay or card mandate.
Are payments GST-compliant?▾
Yes. Every payment in Gym Manager Hub is linked to a GST-compliant invoice with HSN/SAC code, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown and your gym GSTIN. Payment receipts and GST invoices can be downloaded as PDFs by the member from the member app.
