Terms of Service

These are the rules and commitments that apply when you use Gym Manager Hub. Written in plain language, not legalese. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing or using Gym Manager Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — gym owners, administrators, trainers, staff and members — who access the Service in any form.
2. What Gym Manager Hub is
Gym Manager Hub is a cloud-based gym management software platform built for Indian gyms. It provides tools for member management, attendance tracking (including biometric and QR-based check-in), billing and GST-compliant invoicing, payment collection, trainer management, diet and workout planning, class scheduling, WhatsApp Business communications, staff management and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers.
3. Eligibility and account registration
To use Gym Manager Hub you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under the laws of India. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and current information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Not share your account with anyone outside your authorised team
4. Subscription, billing and payments
Gym Manager Hub is offered on a recurring subscription basis. All plans start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged according to the plan you selected, billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or a similar payment processor. We will not charge you without prior notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Gym Manager Hub to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party rights
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service
- Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Send spam, phishing messages or unsolicited communications to gym members
- Use the WhatsApp integration in violation of Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
- Collect data about members without their knowledge and consent
6. Your content and data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create on Gym Manager Hub, including your member lists, payment history, attendance records, trainer schedules, diet plans, gym branding and business information. By using the Service, you grant Gym Manager Hub a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Intellectual property
Gym Manager Hub (including the software, design, logo, brand, documentation and underlying code) is the intellectual property of its owners and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.
8. WhatsApp, SMS and email communications
When you enable WhatsApp Business per-gym, you are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, including obtaining member consent before sending utility or marketing messages. Gym Manager Hub is not responsible for messages you send or the consequences of violating WhatsApp, SMS or email communication policies. Approved templates help you stay compliant, but final responsibility lies with you as the sender.
9. Service availability and support
We strive to keep Gym Manager Hub available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are announced in advance on our status page. Support is provided via email and in-app during Indian business hours. Response time targets are published in our support documentation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Manager Hub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period will not exceed the fees you paid to us in that period. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gym Manager Hub harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
13. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify the Service and update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
